With more people working from home during the latest and extended level five restrictions, tech support can be very limited. Our latest partnership with An Post will help you stay connected, we can collect, repair and return your phone, tablet or smartwatch from and to your doorstep no matter where you are located in the country. You also have the option to drop your device off at your own convenience to any of An Post's 1,200 drop off locations throughout the country.
Nationwide collection or drop off in 1,200 An Post locations
Fónfix customers who choose the nationwide collection or pick-up service, will have the option to choose from a next day collection or a drop off service. Those who select collection, An Post will collect from the customers home or workplace no matter where you are located. Customers will follow instructions for packaging, while An Post will have a pre-assigned label upon collection. Those who select drop off will be emailed a tracking label to print off at home to place on their package and return to their nearest An Post drop off location.

An industry trained team of 50 technicians with over 20 years’ experience and 6 locations across Ireland - All our repairs are rigorously tested, include 1 year warranty and are completed to manufacturer approved standards. With the option of repairing phones in and out of warranty, We are Ireland’s only manufacturer approved repair centre.
