Open the An Post returns site
Visit the An Post Click & Post returns website. In the retailer search field, search for and select NDC Collection Service.
Missed your collection? No problem.
You can arrange a new collection for a date that suits you. Follow the steps below to rebook your Fónfix device collection through An Post.
Rebook your collectionPlease have your Fónfix order number ready before you begin. It will normally start with FEP.

Select a reason for return
Choose the relevant reason from the Reason for return dropdown menu.

Enter your Fónfix order number
Enter the order number supplied when your repair was booked, for example FEP1234.

Confirm your details
Check that the information entered is correct. Select Continue as a guest when you do not have an An Post account, or log in to your existing account.

Choose a new collection date
Under Select a return method, choose Book a collection for the available date that suits you.

Enter your collection address
Enter the full address or Eircode where you would like An Post to collect the device.

Complete the checkout
Review the collection information and select Checkout now to confirm your new collection. The cost should be shown as Free.
