Same-day collection
Step 1. Collection
Book online before 11am to guarantee a same-day collection*.
Step 2. Repair
Your device will be brought to our repair lab and will receive a manufacturer approved repair.
Step 3. Return
Once your device is repaired and fully tested, it will be returned to an address of your choice.
*Orders placed on the weekend will be collected on Monday or a day of your choice.
Repairs eligible for same day collection in Dublin City, will have their devices collected if their order is placed before 11am. We endeavour to return these repairs within 24 hours.”
Retail appointment
Step 1
Click pre-book appointment and choose your device (smartphone, tablet, wearable or scooter) manufacturer.
Step 2
Choose your device model, in the product page choose your fault and add it to your cart.
Step 3
In the cart select in-store appointment booking and choose your location, date and time.
Nationwide collection or drop off service
Step 1
Book your repair online and a member of our team will call to arrange a collection day and time* or a drop off label.
Step 2
Once collected or dropped off at the An Post location, your device will be brought to our repair lab and it will receive a manufacturer approved repair.
Step 3
Once your device is repaired and fully tested, it will be returned to an address of your choice.
