• If your device does not meet the manufacturer's warranty terms, we will contact you with the details and an estimate price which you can review before agreeing to proceed

• If you chose our collection service we will contact you and arrange to send suitable packaging for you to send us your scooter
• Once the scooter is packaged correctly you will need to contact us and inform us that the device is ready for collection
