Fónfix provide a full-service trade-in offering through retail and corporate channels that includes the following elements:

• Management of trade-in value of product range (circa 300 models)
• Logistics support to all retail locations and enterprise channels
• Disposal of trade-in, value recovery and margin generation for all channel partners through device reuse and resale
• Screening and diagnostic testing of trade-ins , verifying store logged condition matches device returned condition
• Management of commercial model for all retail and corporate channels
• Forensic data removal from all devices that power on
• Certified WEEE destruction on all obsolete and devices that can not be forensically wiped

Simple Trade-in process

Step 1

Create a reseller or business account to access our Trade-in portal.

Step 2

Complete the trade-in valuation form on the portal to get a valuation.

Step 3

Send the devices into Fónfix if you or your customer are happy with the valuation.

Step 4

Once the devices have been approved by our team, you will receive payment or credit.
