After booking a repair on our website, a member of our customer care team will contact you to arrange your drop off label to use at one of 1,200 An Post drop off locations.

Once dropped off at the An Post location, your device will be brought to our repair lab and it will receive a manufacturer approved repair.

Once your device is repaired and fully tested, it will be returned to an address of your choice.
